In addition to musicals and dramatic productions,
the Runyon Theater hosts a variety
of community
events and services.
The Runyon Theater hosts "Poetry Nights", local Poets that meet and discuss their work
and projects. These meetings are held in the upper lounge. For meeting dates
and times, check the
upcoming events
page.
DRR hosts "Jazz Nights" with "Carlos Crull &
Friends" the 1st Monday of every month and
the "Showcase Gallery Music Series" produced
by "PSMA"
DRR provides after school drama programs
for Pueblo East High School, Pitts Middle School, and Bessemer K-8 Academy.
The theater is available for outside events when not
in use for productions, rehearsals, or other scheduled events. We have a
stage, auditorium seating, good sound, and multimedia equipment.
